We are currently seeking 1 individual to fill the position of Cleaning Supervisor.

This individual will be responsible for the following duties:

1. Hire and train or arrange for the training of cleaning staff.
2. Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers.
3. Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards.
4. Recommend or arrange for additional maintenance services.
5. Maintain financial records.
6. Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs.
7. Assist cleaners in performing duties.
8. Coordinate work activities with other departments.
9. Establish work schedules.

Requirements:
Languages: English.
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
Work Setting: Cleaning service company.
Supervision: 3-4 people.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks, bending, crouching, kneeling.
Personal Suitability: Dependability, reliability.
