Full Job Description:

Maintenance – Cleaner
1 open position
Full-time, 40 hours per week
Wage: $19.00 per hour + benefits
On the road job with various locations
Location: Various locations throughout the lower mainland (Greater Vancouver area, Surrey, Burnaby, Delta)

Your role as a cleaner:
Disinfecting and sanitizing high touch-point surfaces
Collecting and sorting through garbage and recycling
Dusting of high and low areas
Vacuuming, sweeping, dust mopping and damp mopping for floors
Restocking of supplies
Maintaining and cleaning equipment after each use
Cleaning of common areas (ex. hallways, washrooms, elevators, stairwells, etc.)
Using carpet cleaning machine to clean carpets
Reporting to Supervisor
Work area conditions:
This role requires physical activity such as lifting, pushing, pulling and walking.
This role requires handling of chemicals, training will be provided on how to handle
Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks

Skills are an asset:
Proactive
Takes initiative to learn
Attention to detail
Is reliable
Customer service (be able to communicate with customers)
Cleaning experience is an asset, although not required. Training will be provided.
Minimum high-school graduation certificate or equal
WHIMIS knowledge is an asset, although not required
