Cashier

Anand Merchandising Ltd DBA Chevron Gas Station is looking for a full-time and permanent Cashier at Location 4801 51st ave, Chetwynd, BC, V0C 1J0. (Even though this is full-time position we encourage part-time job seekers to apply as well). Salary is 16.75 dollars per hour and no. of hours are 40 hours per week.

Job Description:

Greet customers

Tabulate total payment required using electronic or other cash register

Weigh produce and bulk foods

Receive and process payments by cash, cheque, credit card or automatic debit

Wrap or place merchandise in bags

Provide information to customers

Calculate foreign currency exchange

Calculate total payments received at end of work shift and reconcile with total sales

Employment requirements:

Some secondary school education is usually required. Experience is an asset.
