•Build foundations, install floor beams, walls and roofing system.
•Use measuring tools to measure and then cutting and joining the materials made of wood, its substitutes or lightweight steel.
•Prepare cost estimate for the clients.
•Studying and interpreting blueprints and designs and prepare project layout.
•Fitting and installing trim items- doors, windows, stairs and many more.
•Assembling and fastening materials using screws, nails, glue or pins.
•Using machinery like hand saw, table saw, hammer, drills, nail guns, drill press, sanders etc. as per the health and safety standards.
