Metro van Construction LTD located at 22091, Fraser Wood Way Unit 1205, Richmond, British Columbia, V6W 0A8 is looking for Carpenter (NOC 72310) to be a part of their team at the earliest. It will also be necessary for you to work at a number of other nearby Lower Mainland locations.

Job Duties:
• Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools.
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.
• Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.
• Fit and install trim items, such as doors, stairs, moulding and hardware.
• Maintain, repair, and renovate residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants, and other establishments.
Job Requirements:

Education:
Completion of secondary school is required.

Experience:
Experience of 01 to less than 02 years is an asset.
On the job training will be provided
