Cafeteria Supervisor

SY Enterprise Ltd. doing business as Coffeeholic has an immediate opening for one (1) full-time Cafeteria Supervisor. The successful applicant should have at least 2 years of experience as a Cafeteria Supervisor or similar position. Job duties included:

- Supervise and co-ordinate assigned shift schedule
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for coffee and food preparation
- Establish work schedules and procedures
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
- Check staff punctually and monitor staff performance
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Communicate with customer and receive feedback
- May plan cafeteria menus and determine related food
- Other duties as assigned

Position: Cafeteria Supervisor
Term of Employment: Full-time and Permanent
Salary: $17.70 per hour
Hours: 6-8 hours per day, 5 days per week
Location of Employment: 405 North Rd #6, Coquitlam, BC V3K 3V9
Education: Completion of secondary school is usually required.
Experience: Completion of a community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related discipline or Several years of experience in food preparation or service are required.
