Employment Terms: Full Time - Permanent

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Cut, trim and weigh standard cuts of meat according to specifications.
2. Grind or slice meat by hand or with a machine.
3. Shape and tie roasts and other meats.
4. Assist in keeping track of inventory, proper stacking and storage of meat products.
5. Ensure that all the meat products are in compliance with company standards and food safety.
6. Determine the storage and shelf life of all meat products as per food and safety norms.
7. Ensure neat and proper display of meat products in the store.
8. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of work areas and equipment used for cutting.

Working Hours: 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, 2 fixed days off on Sunday and Monday

Wage/Benefit: $28/hour + Dental, Pension and BC Medical benefits

Work Location: 9215 96A St, Fort St. John, BC, Canada V1J 6X6

Employment Requirements:
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
• Work Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years related experience is required
- Ability to lift heavy loads up to 70lbs
