F/T, Permanent position. Salary $ 36.00/hr. Seeking a qualified person who can supervise and coordinate the activities of beauty shop including scheduling appointments, invoicing, special make up arrangements; ensure salon is clean, organized and well-staffed; responsible for hiring, training and supervising staff; scheduling, coordinating with suppliers, and provide advice to clients; Other duties include providing information to owner about revenue, budget needs, staffing changes, client satisfaction, inventory issues and salon upkeep; Resolve issues, if any and strengthen customer relationships
Job requirements / skill sets:
Successful candidate must have completion of Secondary School Graduation Certificate and relevant experience of 1 year to less than 2 years; self-motivated and work well in a team environment.
