Education: High School
Experience: On the job training will be provided

Duties:
• Independently prepare breads and pastries
• Training of baker assistants
• Baking-off oven duties
• Gluten free production
• Ensure quality of products meets established standard
• Inspect kitchen and food service areas
• Operate machinery
• Organize and maintain inventory
