We are seeking permanent full-time professional Bakers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in baking techniques, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating exceptional products that delight our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods such as rolls, danish pastries, crostatas, croissants, scones, and cookies according to established recipes and quality standards.
Measure and mix ingredients, knead dough, and monitor baking temperatures to ensure consistency and quality.
Decorate and finish baked goods with glazes, icings, fillings, or toppings as required.
Operate baking equipment, including ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters.
Communicate effectively with other staff and management.
Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
Organize records relating to inventory and assist with production management.
Responsible for tracking the deliveries; ensure that deliveries are fulfilled accurately and on time
Conduct quality checks on ingredients and finished products.
Adhere to proper food handling and sanitation standards.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including regular cleaning of equipment and utensils.

Employment Requirements:
Completion of secondary school
2 to 3 years of experience in commercial bakery or completion of some college or
other program for bakers
Familiar with various baking equipment
Ability to safely operate standard foodservice equipment
