Administrative Officer Position at Immigration Management ‘Si-Won’

Employer: Immigration Management ‘Si-Won’

Immigration Management ‘Si-Won’ is a multi-service consulting company that provides integrated solutions in immigration, accounting, insurance, business strategy, and education to support clients’ personal and professional growth. Currently, we are seeking an Administrative Officer with a strong interest in supporting complex, multi-service operations, who can assist with the team’s administrative workload and perform a wide range of duties to ensure the smooth daily operation of multiple divisions.

Position: Administrative Officer
Wage: $36.60 – $37.60 per hour (Depending on working experience)
Working hours: 30 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent
Starting Date of Employment: As Soon As Possible
Position Available: 1
Benefits: 4% Vacation Pay + Five Paid Sick days per year

Duties:
• Coordinate and streamline administrative workflows across multiple divisions to maintain consistent communication, timely information sharing and efficient operational support;
• Liaise with cross-department managers to align administrative procedures, track inter-department requests, and resolve issues that impact multi-division service delivery and overall office functions;
• Monitor, review, coordinate, and evaluate administrative procedures and recommend and implement new processes for continuous improvement;
• Oversee the day-to-day administrative work of team members, monitor workload, assign administrative tasks, and provide direction and problem-solving support;
• Handle administrative activities to ensure the smooth daily operation of Immigration Management ‘Si-Won’;
• Manage administrative operations related to contracting and invoicing and oversee the office’s administrative systems required for daily operations;
• Organize and approve office services including equipment maintenance and repairs, key distribution, and replacement of office supplies;
• Support and assist in budgeting activities and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.

Qualification:
• Completion of secondary education is required;
• A university degree or college diploma in business or public administration is preferred but not mandatory;
• At least 1 year of work experience in a senior clerical or executive secretarial position related to office administration is required;
• Working knowledge of English is required;
• Strong attention to detail and prioritization skills.
