Administrative Officer
Across Border Visa is an Immigration Consultancy business that provides a wide range of immigration services. At this time we are looking for an experience Administrative Officer to join our team at our Mississauga, ON location.
This are the responsibilities for the position:
•Examine, assess, and put new administrative processes into place.
•Establish work priorities, make sure protocols are followed, and that we meet deadlines and milestones.
•Assign tasks to office support personnel.
•Perform administrative tasks related to the establishment.
•Oversee rules and practices of record release when handling requests made in compliance with privacy and government access to information laws.
•Plan and organize office services, including forms, equipment, supplies, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security.
•Support the creation of the operating budget and uphold budgetary and inventory standards.
•Compile information and draft letters, instructions, and periodic and special reports.
•Manage and organize administrative processes in the office.
The right candidate will have completed secondary school and have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the similar positions. Additionally, we require good communication skills in English.
We are offering $27.25/hour
We are located at Unit# 503 218 Export Blvd. Mississauga ON L5S 1X2
