Kristals is a licensed wholesaler-distributor for Kristals Cosmetics, a fast-growing company with operations in major cities such as Miami, Massachusetts, and Toronto. With main production centres in North America, all formulations are developed using only the best natural ingredients made by locally trained specialists.<br>Constantly growing and always looking for innovative ideas, Kristals is now in search of an experienced Administrative and Business Services Officer. The successful candidate will be working closely with our management team to ensure that we bring our products closer to all Canadians.<br>- Assist in preparation of operational budget<br>- Assist in monitoring flow of sales, purchases, and increase or decrease of profit per fiscal period<br>- Prepare periodic sales - market analysis and other special correspondence, and assist in developing proposals to address any possible deficiencies<br>- Coordinate with Purchasing Officer to ensure maintenance of adequate inventory of products and other necessary supplies at all times<br>- Develop service processes and administrative office processes aiming to address shortages in case of inevitable delays on delivery of products<br>- May assist in conducting research and assemble data and reports to ensure company services and products are at par with regional market trends and forward them to management for review<br>- Establish work procedures to ensure that deadlines are met, company procedures are followed, and business goals are achieved<br>- Oversee and co-ordinate day-to-day administrative procedures, and evaluate and develop new practices as deemed necessary<br>- May work with other locations, depending on corporate expansion<br>- Oversee record management of client list to ensure it is up to date and that there are no discrepancies<br>REQUIREMENTS:<br>• Completion of secondary school;<br>• At least 2 years of experience in administrative and business services, with good understanding of financial and operational budget flow<br>• Excellent understanding in skin care and holistic health<br>• Experience of handling multiple operations a must<br>• Good English language skills<br>• Good professional presentation and consulting skills;<br>• Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines;<br>CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:<br>• Permanent, Full-time position<br>• $24.50 per hour based on 35-hours work week;<br>• Applicable overtime pay consisting of 1½ times or $36.75 per hour will apply after 44 hours of work per week;<br>• Place of work: 90 Basaltic Road, Concord, Ontario L4K1G6
