Ltd., DBA: Longterm House<br>Business Address: 1-11600 Bridgeport Road, Richmond, BC, V6X 1T2<br>Title of Position: Wholesale &amp; Retail Manager (NOC 0621)<br>Position Available: 1<br>Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent (35-40 hours/week)<br>Wage: 30 dollars per hour<br>Language required: English<br>Location of work: same as business address<br>As a Wholesale &amp; Retail Manager (NOC 0621), you will perform the following duties:<br>• Establish and implement standard operating procedures for retail and wholesale purposes<br>• Estimate costs, plan budgets, and monitor revenue and expenses<br>• Evaluate company’s advertising needs and implement marketing strategies<br>• Support management of main customers, distributors, and partner offices<br>• Determine product to be displayed and sold with the implementation of marketing strategies<br>• Present and show the decoration materials to customers and on promotional events<br>• Conduct market research to understand customer’s demands and preferences<br>• manage and review the logistics, storage, shipment of building materials and equipments<br>• Hire, train and schedule staff members</p><p>Job Requirements:<br>• A bachelor’s degree will be required<br>• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a store manager or in a similar role is required for the position<br>• Strong customer service ability</p>
