</p><p><br>100KM Foods is seeking a Warehouse Manager!<br>Details of the Position<br>POSITION TITLE: Warehouse Manager<br>COMPANY NAME: 100KM Foods Inc.<br>WORK LOCATION ADDRESS: 19 Colville Rd, Toronto, ON, M6M 2Y2<br>WORK CONDITIONS: Night<br>WORK LOCATION/SETTING: Urban Location, Warehouse<br>NUMBER OF VACANCIES: 1</p><p>MAIN JOB DUTIES:<br>Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs;<br>Administer contracts for the provision of supplies and services;<br>Direct the maintenance and repair of an establishment's machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems;<br>Plan and manage the facility's operations budget;<br>Prepare or oversee the preparation of reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility;<br>Oversee the warehouse and operations to maximize efficiency and accuracy, minimize waste and increase profitability;<br>Oversee inventory activities including but not limited to; rotation of perishable items, regular physical inventory audit and general ledger reconciliation implementing stock strategies in conjunction with the Purchasing Manager;<br>Forecast, plan and monitor daily production targets to achieve maximum quality assurance, accuracy, and efficiency;<br>Hire, train, and coach employees ensuring high levels of job performance, engagement, and team morale;<br>Attend and participate in regular management meetings;<br>Use appropriate communication channels to ensure effective and timely communication with team members and or the executive team;<br>At least 1 year of sap B1 experience wth inventory movement, accounting.<br><br>OTHER REQUIREMENTS:<br>Large workload, Handling heavy loads, Repetitive tasks, Physically demanding, Attention to detail, Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines<br><br>REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION:<br>Minimum Education: Bachelor Degree<br>Minimum Experience: 3 years of experience</p><p>Wages from: $35.50<br>Hours per week: 35<br>Workplace language: English</p><p>OTHER BENEFITS<br>Extended health care<br>Life insurance</p>
