JOB DESCRIPTION

</p><p>Job Description:<br>-Hire, train and manage the team members for different projects.<br>-Recognize the issues in the team and solve the issue at the earliest time to reach the Key Performance Indicator with<br>the team members.<br>-Oversee Chinese-English game translation services program to meet the evolving needs of the business in Canada<br>including developing processes related to translation service requirements and offerings.<br>-Manage staff to facilitate and strengthen the relationship with our external translation vendor who provides all English<br>translation for the company, to ensure the delivery of high-quality translation that arrives on time, including tracking<br>status, progress of translation requests, spot-check proofreading and monitoring overall client satisfaction.<br>-Manage all internal localization team members to control the progress and localization quality and provide guidance<br>regarding legal language requirements, accurately adhering to all compliance regulations and legal requirements.<br>-Coordinating between the development teams and localization vendors for all our games to manage the status of the<br>localization process, provide strings to be translated, and incorporate translated strings to be integrated into the games.<br>-Manage budget for contracts, equipment and supplies.<br>-Prepare reports and briefs for management teams and process, review and monitor the translation vendor invoices and<br>develop regular reporting of translation volume and spend.<br>-Perform other duties as assigned.</p><p>Job Requirements:<br>-Bachelor degree in relevant disciplines<br>-5+ years Leadership and Management experience<br>-Excellent organizational skills paired with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.<br>-Ability to work under pressure and in a changing environment.<br>-2+ years game industry experiences preferred</p><p>Job Criteria:<br>Start Date: ASAP<br>Position Type: Full-Time Permanent<br>Years of Experience Required: 5<br>Education Required: Bachelors</p>
