Supervisor, Construction Trades

</p><p>F/T, Permanent position. Salary $35 /hr. Seeking a qualified person who can supervise and coordinate project work of residential and commercial buildings; prepare, review and administer contracts for trade services such as mason, bricklaying, drywall, concrete; assure buildings and common element areas are constructed to city standards and codes; monitor work of all construction trade person (concrete, mason, painting, drywall etc.); schedule staff and contractors; advise and consult with management on project tasks and maintenance, communication, insurance claims, inadequate performance by contractors; Identify issues at projects and resolve issues; order supplies and maintain inventory; prepare project tracking and completion reports.</p><p>Job requirements / skill sets:<br>Successful candidate must have completion of high school and relevant experience of 2 years to less than 3 years; excellent customer service, self-motivated and work well in a team environment.</p>
