It means being passionate about statistics and mathematics, having remarkable attention to detail and having strong foundations in statistical analysis.</p><p>JOB TITLE<br>Statistical Analyst</p><p>RESPONSIBILITIES<br>• Retrieve data files from various source and projects<br>• process massive amounts of data to build sophisticated analyzing models<br>• Build statistical analyzing models and pinpoint the potential targeted clients through statistical analysis<br>• Perform data validation in the database (detection of input, logical, coding errors, etc.)<br>• Support the data migration process through data quality assurance and effective communication between different departments<br>• Create composite variables and banners<br>• Statistical data processing (generating frequencies, cross-tabulations)<br>• Assess and predict the trend in the insurance industry’s products &amp; service<br>• Participate in the analysis of featured customers’ activities and using the results to produce reliable reports<br>• Identify data problems and recommend solutions<br>• Record and analyze the procedures used in the collection, management and distribution of data.<br>• Participate in the projects of statistical operational Policy<br>• Other duties as required</p><p>REQUIREMENTS<br>• Master Degree in mathematics, statistics or related subject.<br>• 1+ years experience in statistical analysis<br>• English (spoken and written) is essential<br>• Skilled at statistical analysis and managing multiple projects<br>• Proficient in various quantitative methodologies<br>• Strong computer skills, including in-depth knowledge of Excel and the entire Microsoft Office suite<br>• Great rigor and precision when processing data<br>• A strong sense of responsibility for the projects entrusted to you<br>• Strong organizational skills and priority management<br>• Rigorous, methodical and detail-oriented person<br>• Strong interest in statistical data and mathematics<br>• Logical and deductive reasoning skills</p><p>LANGUAGE</p><p>• English</p><p>WHAT WE OFFER</p><p>• 38.5 dollars per hour; 60060 dollars annually (30 hours per week, 52 weeks per year)<br>• Working in a friendly, respectful and happy environment…happiness at work is one of our top priorities!<br>• New projects all year long…it’s impossible to get bored!<br>• Making new friends<br>• And much more…but we do have to save some surprises for you!</p><p>If you want to be part of a great team and you think you are the motivated, talented and ambitious person we are looking for, contact us!<br>We thank all applicants.
