</p><p>ABOUT US<br>Microgreen is a solar energy solution provider based in Richmond Hill, ON, providing integrated clean energy solution for individual family and enterprise customers. The Sales Manager plays a critical role in increasing profitability and brand awareness. This role will lead our sales team with the right direction for meeting goals and bringing sales opportunities.</p><p>Job duties<br>1. Establishing sales networking across Canada with major focus in Ontario<br>2. Provide reliable, accurate, timely and relevant feedback of sales results and establishes sales objectives by forecasting<br>3. Prepare strategic marketing plans to expand our company’s customer base<br>4. Set up meetings with sales representative in order to assign task, discuss strategies, etc.<br>5. Hire and train sales representatives in such areas: promoting our brand and products, customers cervices, consultative selling techniques, etc.<br>6. Objectives setting and performance monitoring of new and current sales representatives<br>7. Support our marketing department by providing sales data<br>8. Responsible for monitoring customer satisfaction through after-service sales and in-person<br>9. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and suggestions. Also resolves customer’s complaints and proceed refunds if needed<br>10. Conduct market research and assists in developing promotion materials<br>11. Research and compare competitor’s products and services prices in the industry<br>12. Budgets planning and authorize payments<br>13. Work as a team player in a web-based and traditional work environment<br>14. Ensure compliance with safety, health, insurance obligations and by-law requirements</p><p>Requirements<br>1. A college diploma is preferred<br>2. +5 Years of related work experience is preferred<br>3. Understand customer’s purchasing behaviours<br>4. Excellent networking and negotiation skills<br>5. Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint<br>6. Adequate English speaking and writing</p><p>Terms<br>• Full-time position<br>• $38/Hour<br>• 30 Hours per week</p>
