The school operates a varied fleet of airplanes and helicopters out its facility at London<br>International Airport in Ontario, Canada. The ITPS team is comprised of international experts in fixed<br>wing and rotary wing flight testing. ITPS has a requirement for a Rotary Wing Flight Test Engineer to join the team and participate in flight test and instructional duties.</p><p>Duties:<br>• Working in a closely integrated team to provide contracted flight test services;<br>• Supporting the company’s flight test projects;<br>• Developing the company’s courses<br>• Providing ground school lectures on a relevant subject;<br>• Providing data analysis tutorials;<br>• Participating in internal projects to modify ITPS’s growing fleet of test aircraft;<br>• Providing airborne and classroom instruction;<br>• Instructing and mentoring student test pilots and flights test engineers;<br>• Occasional traveling abroad required to support company projects.</p><p>Requirements:</p><p>• Completion of secondary school and graduation from a certified flying or aviation school is required<br>• A diploma from a college or vocational school is preferred<br>• Graduate of a one-year Flight Test Engineer Course<br>• Minimum of 5 + years’ experience in developmental and certification flight testing<br>• A commercial pilot's licence or an air transport pilot's licence is required.<br>• Experience spanning performance, flying qualities, avionics and weapons testing is an asset<br>• Demonstrable experience in testing of either military or civil requirements is an asset<br>• Ability to travel and spend periods abroad working on flight test related project</p>
