</p><p>Skyreach Windows and Building Services Inc located at 2857 St Clair Ave E, East York, ON M4B 1N4 are looking for a full time and permanent Rope Access Technician (RAT) to fill a position in building, cleaning and maintenance: The work will be performed across the Greater Toronto Area.</p><p>Job Description:<br>• Rope access to hard-to-reach areas without scaffold or a work platform<br>• Descend, ascend and transverse ropes for access and work while suspend by harness<br>• Perform duties such as inspections, painting touch ups, washing windows, pressure washing, water proofing, caulking and other kinds of work at height or high angle.<br>• Perform minor repair/ maintenance activities at height or high angle<br>• Communicate effectively with customers and manager to maintain consistent workflow and customer’s satisfaction<br>• Follow established safety rules and instructions<br>• Window cleaning via rope access<br>• Exterior building pressure washing<br>• Post construction window cleaning<br>• Building inspections &amp; reports<br>• Leak investigations<br>• Assist with exterior sealant repairs<br>• Assist with building envelope restoration<br>• Exterior window cleaning of high-rise towers<br>• Inspect RAT equipment for safety.<br>• Show other technicians how to conduct rope access safer</p><p>Requirements and qualifications:</p><p>• Must have high rise experience.<br>• Rope Access Technician Level 1, 2 or 3 IRATA (<a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="https://irata.org">https://irata.org</a>) OR any level Rope Access Technician from SPRAT (<a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="https://sprat.org">https://sprat.org</a>)<br>• Not afraid of heights and able to work on ladders and suspended stages<br>• Enthusiasm and decent work attitude<br>• Must be able to work while suspended in harness for extended periods of time<br>• Be capable of functioning in climatic extremes<br>• Must have Lifting Equipment Engineers Association ( <a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="https://leeaint.com">https://leeaint.com</a> ) qualification as a Lifting Inspector OR similar designation OR a course in safety inspection of lifting or rigging equipment<br>• Must understand the Ontario Window Cleaning Regulations</p><p>Compensation and Benefits:<br>• $25 per hour<br>• Increases possible based on discretion of management</p>
