Retail Store Supervisor

<p></p><p>Position: Retail Store Supervisor (6211)</p><p>Position Available: 1</p><p>Terms of Employment: Full Time and Permanent (Overtime, weekends if required)</p><p>Wage: $21.00 - $ 22.00 per hour, for 37.50 hours per week</p><p>Benefits: Relocation Expenses &amp; Medical Insurance for first 3 months covered by employer, if required.</p><p>Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible</p><p>Location: 20667 Langley Bypass, Langley, BC V3A 5E8</p><p>Job Duties:</p><p>• Forecast, order and stock merchandise.<br>• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages.<br>• Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, and personnel matter.<br>• Provide prompt, efficient and courteous customer service<br>• Ensure a clean and welcoming environment is always maintained to promote store image.<br>• Hire and Train new staff and prepare work schedules.</p><p>Job Requirements:</p><p>Education: High School</p><p>Work Experience: 1-2 Years of relevant experience.</p><p>Language: English</p><p>Work conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods</p><p>Personal Suitability: Organized, Flexibility, Reliability, Team player</p><p>Employer: Elegant Distributors Ltd.</p><p>Note: Candidate should be legally entitled to work in Canada</p><br><p></p>
