</p><p>Flexiplan Maintenance Inc. dba PuroClean located at 4459 Canada Way, Burnaby BC, V5G 1J3 is a property restoration company specializing in property damage repair following water, fire, smoke, mold, biohazards, &amp; vandalism disaster events. They are recruiting 3 Restoration Service Supervisors (NOC 6316) for full-time, permanent positions to start as soon as possible. The salary is $25.00/hour for 40 hours per week. The successful candidates must be able to communicate in English and must have a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in providing specialized restoration services of commercial and residential properties damaged by water, fire, and smoke and/or biohazards. Must also have 1 to 2 years of experience as a supervisor. Employees are entitled to extended medical and dental benefits after 3 months of probationary period.</p><p>Duties and Responsibilities:<br>• Select and supervise team members who provide restoration services to damaged property caused by water, fire, smoke, mold, biohazards and other disaster events.<br>• Coordinate work assignments of team members<br>• Operate &amp; maintain moisture sensing meters; drying &amp; dehumidification equipment; extraction tools; carpet &amp; upholstery cleaning equipment &amp; chemical cleaning products<br>• May be required to supervise site demolition to ensure health &amp; safety protocols are followed<br>• Provide information to Field Manager to enable completion of damage assessments/reports and insurance claims<br>• Act as daily on-site contact for the customer, ensuring their needs are met and questions are answered.<br>• Inspect sites to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met<br>• Participate in our 24 hour on-call rotation, responding to emergency losses after hours and on weekends, as dictated by the on-call schedule.<br>• Drive company vehicles, including trucks, trailers, and other machinery.<br>• Maintain a clean &amp; organized work site, vehicle, &amp; equipment storage facility.<br>• Other duties as assigned.<br>Experience, Education/Certification Required:</p><p>• 1 to 2 years’ experience as a supervisor of crews providing restorative services<br>• 1 to 2 years’ experience in site demolition caused by water, fire and/or biohazard damage<br>• Current IICRC WRT certification is required<br>• The successful candidate will also be competent and experienced working in mold removal and biohazard clean up<br>• Must pass background test and drug screen<br>• Valid Driver’s license and a clean driver abstract<br>• Valid First Aid Certificate<br>• Demonstrated English verbal &amp; written communication skills.<br>• High School Diploma preferred<br>• Must be willing to work overtime and on-call basis<br>• Be reliable and punctual<br>• Exceptional interpersonal &amp; customer service skills.</p><p>Preferred: Additional IICRC Certifications including but not limited to FSRT, OCT, AMRT &amp; TCST</p><p>Physical Requirements:<br>1. Reasonable level of physical fitness with no health issues that would prevent an individual from crawling on hands &amp; knees in tight spaces, lift up to 50lbs, operate carpet cleaning equipment &amp; demolish floors &amp; walls.<br>2. Able to work for extended periods of time in Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). NOTE: Non-smokers, those with limited/no facial hair &amp;/or no facial jewelry/piercings are preferred due to restrictions &amp; precautions while wearing full-face respirators.<br>3.
