</p><p>Rahelu Plumbing &amp; Heating Ltd., located at 111,8299 ,129 Street Surrey, BC V3W 0A6 invites applications for the position of Recruitment Manager to be a part of their team.</p><p>Positions: 1<br>Type: Full-Time<br>Language: English<br>Wage: $44.00/hour</p><p>Job Duties:<br>The duties of the recruitment Manager will be as follows:</p><p>• Evaluate daily operations by Planning, directing, controling and organizing.<br>• Efficiently handle collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers.<br>• Respond to employee questions and complaints and organize staff consultation along with grievance procedures.<br>• Oversee development of communication strategies, analysis of employee data and preparation of reports.<br>• Manage Contracts and take care of Training and development strategies.<br>• Implement and establish policies and procedures.<br>• Plan and implement recruitment strategies.<br>• Co-ordinate and review Projects and Liaise with management, union officials and HR consultants<br>• Oversee the classification and rating of occupations and payroll administration.</p><p>Job Requirements:<br>• Completion of bachelor's degree in personnel management or University degree in related field is required.<br>• 3 to less than 5 years of experience in relevant field is required.</p>
