With main production centres in North America, all formulations are developed using only the best natural ingredients made by locally trained specialists.</p><p>Constantly growing and always looking for innovative ideas, Adore is now in search of an experienced Purchasing and Contracts Supervisor. The successful candidate will be working closely with our management team to ensure that we bring our products closer to all Canadians by ensuring competitive purchasing market, proper training of employees, and maximizing of sales channels.</p><p><br>The candidate must be able to perform the following:<br>• Attend meetings, in-person and remotely via video interface platforms, in order to negotiate contracts and deliver purchasing presentations to possible clients, resellers, and partners;<br>• Assist management is assessing new sales channels, choosing project plan based on regional position, establishing new market niches, and expanding existing client network in specific regions outside of Canada;<br>• Negotiate tenders, contracts, and space planning for trade shows, including approved vendor list and overall logistics of materials;<br>• Oversee logistics and distribution of equipment, materials, and products for company’s office, warehouse, and trade shows;<br>• Ensure purchasing representatives follow up with clients and resellers after product placement and monitor contract terms and conditions to determine if renewing of contracts are needed;<br>• Assist management in negotiations of purchasing and sales contracts and ensure suppliers and clients are aware of all terms and conditions before signing;<br>• First point of contact when resolving purchasing and sales contract discrepancies and involve management with complex contract issues;<br>• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on national and international sales targets for managerial review and provide purchasing suggestions to improve processes;<br>• Assist in establishing effective internal operations by ensuring proper employee training and compensation;<br>• Coach the sales team on how to develop and flourish client relationships and establish and maintain new sales accounts, if applicable;<br>• Supervise, support and evaluate the activities, productivity and work of all purchasing representatives</p><p>The following are required:<br>• A secondary high school diploma;<br>• At least 1 1/2 years of experience in contracts and purchasing negotiations and supervision, with specialization in wholesale skin care products;<br>• Thorough knowledge of purchasing sales and training processes<br>• Good English communications skills<br>The following are not required but will be considered as assets:<br>• A university degree or college diploma in Business Management or Administrative Studies<br>• Fluency in languages other than English and French<br>• High level of proficiency in the following programs: Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite</p><p>Conditions of Employment:<br>• Full time, permanent position – 35 hours per week<br>• $28.00 per hour. Applicable 1 ½ rate will apply after 44 hours of work week<br>• Location of work: Across GTA and Canada for trade shows, but main office location: 90 Basaltic Road, Unit 7, Concord, ON L4K 1G6</p>
