</p><p><br>CarZone Motors Ltd is currently looking for 1 Procedures and methods manager to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.</p><p>Job Duties:<br>• Provide direction to staff, advise them providing innovative suggestions and ensure to provide better customer satisfaction<br>• Make sure the employees develop the required skills, so the company leads to growth.<br>• Give guidance on handling the client issues and provide support and advise to the team.<br>• Focus on the plans to be made and looking for growth of company’s finances and control the budgets<br>• Help the staff and maintain high standards assuring to have maximum client satisfaction<br>• Train and supervise the staff to lead best results<br>• Develop action plans, provide awareness in response to client needs and make sure best standards of services are delivered to clients.</p><p>Job Requirement:<br>• A bachelor's degree or college diploma in a field related to the business service provided is required.<br>• Minimum 2 years of related experience at increasing levels of responsibility is required.</p><p>Skills Requirement:<br>• Client Service<br>• Supervising<br>• Planning<br>• Analyzing Information</p><p>Wage: $33.95 per hour for 40 hours per week</p><p>Job Location: 12872 112 Ave, Surrey, BC V3T 2S9</p>
