</p><p><br>Permanent Position: Office Building Cleaner (NOC #6731)<br>Company: Saniclean Services Ltd.<br>Vacancies: 04<br>Anticipated Start Date (at the latest in 3 months): As soon as possible.<br>Location: Various locations according to Job site<br>Head Office: 14233 61B Ave Surrey, BC V3X 0K5<br>Wage Rate: $17.00 Hourly, for 40 Hours per week<br>Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Overtime, Weekend, Day, evening, night<br>Education: No education required<br>Experience: No experience required; training will be provided.<br>Languages: No language required<br>Type of Industry Experience: Cleaning<br>Job Duties:<br>• Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors<br>• Dust furniture and vacuum carpeting and area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture<br>• Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances<br>• Clean and disinfect public areas such as changing rooms, showers, and elevators<br>• Pick up debris and empty trash containers<br>• Wash windows, walls, and ceilings.<br>• Report and store lost and found items<br>• May provide basic information on facilities<br>• May handle complaints.</p><p>Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure<br>Essential Skills: Working with others, Problem solving, Critical thinking, Job task planning and organizing, significant use of memory.<br>Other Information: Candidate must be eligible to work in Canada.
