</p><p><br>Motel Manager</p><p>Employer: Aux Trois Moulins Motel &amp; Restaurant/Riverside Motel/chapleau Inn &amp; Suites<br>Location: 154 Martel Rd, Chapleau, ON P0M 1K0<br>Position: 1 Motel Manager</p><p>The right candidate will negotiate procurements with current and potential vendors, implement and ensure that all policies and procedures and followed, recruit and supervise staff, oversee training and set work schedules, will work closely with the motel owner to develop promotional strategies, ensure that the guest’s overall experience during their stay in the motel meets their expectations in terms of cleanness and comfort, resolve guests complaints.</p><p>Qualifications:<br>A university degree or college diploma in hotel management or other related discipline is preferred, however, a minimum of 2 years of experience within the accommodation industry may substitute formal education requirements<br>Possess good English communication skills and the ability to work flexible hours that may include weekends and holidays.</p><p>We are offering $28.50/hr. 40 hours/week</p>
