The role requires a result-oriented approach along with excellent communication and management skills. The successful candidate will embody the company’s philosophy and represent the organization in all aspects.</p><p>Duties:</p><p>• Responsible for bringing brand to Canada and its operations within the country<br>• Engaging in business development<br>• Communicating and maintaining relationships with the company<br>• Determine the company's mission and strategic direction as conveyed through policies and objectives which are met through the effective management of resources<br>• Organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions<br>• Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs; establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning<br>• Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegation of the necessary authority to the executives with creating optimum working conditions<br>• Represent the organization, or delegate executives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions<br>• Responsible for finding locations for new stores and negotiating lease agreements with landlords<br>• Overseeing workload and provide staff supervision to ensure that work is done accurately, efficiently and in compliance with policies, procedures and standards as well as best working practices</p><p>Requirements:</p><p>• Bachelor’s degree<br>• Minimum 5 years of experience in a management role<br>• Experience in foreign trade management and logistics, including the trading of textiles<br>• Proficient with MS Office (specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint)<br>• Experience with business development<br>• Familiar with Turkish fast fashion retail market and following the trends is considered an asset</p>
