Over the past 20 years Adco’s fleet has grown to over 100 vehicles. Our fleet consists of tractor trailers, straight trucks, tandem axle straight trucks, flatbeds, sprinter vans, cargo vans and cars. The entire fleet is satellite tracked including the cars. You will never lose track of your freight again.</p><p>Adco Logistics is now a full service logistics provider offering service in Canada, the United States and Mexico. Adco can safely and reliably move your freight from Canada to the US and to Mexico seamlessly. We are now developing our services into China and Asia Pacific, and we are looking for an experienced and motivated Management Business Consultant (NOC: 1122) to join our amazing team to help in the development of our business.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:<br>• Conduct studies and analyses to develop alternative solutions on the improvement of managerial method of our business.<br>• Develop options for methods, systems and procedures and recommends changes to support management functions and improves efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery.<br>• Identify, analyze and optimize business processes, inputs and outputs at a detailed level by interviewing, documenting and facilitating business process review sessions with stakeholders.<br>• Identify potential business integration opportunities through knowledge of industry trends and related divisional projects.<br>• Provide policy analysis, formulation, coordination and advice to stakeholders and senior management regarding programs, services and organization.<br>• Provide guidance to ensure internal compliance with regulatory requirements and prepare submissions and filings with regulatory bodies.<br>• Partner with business partners and vendors to ensure quality solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our business partners and clients.<br>• Supports management in devising solutions from a pragmatic and objective perspective.</p><p>Requirements：<br>• 5+ years of working experience in business consulting.<br>• Bachelor’s degree is required.<br>• Demonstrated experience in management consulting, strategic planning, or business analysis.<br>• Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to establish positive working relationships, develop solutions, and interact and communicate effectively with all level of staff including senior management staff.<br>• Ability to establish, build and maintain collaborative relationships with various stakeholders for the purpose of meeting our business objectives.<br>• Passionate about business development, thrives on accountability and strategically developing.<br>Job Location: Mississauga<br>Job Type: Permanent Full-Time<br>Working hours: 7 hours per day and 35 hours per week from Monday to Friday<br>Compensation: $35.00-$41.00/hour</p>
