Management Analyst (NOC 1122)

<p></p><p>SALARY: $37.40 per hour / full-time position (40 hours per week)</p><p>LOCATION OF WORK: Various locations in the GTA</p><p>JOB DESCRIPTION:<br>The management analyst will report to the Project Managers and Program Managers within the assigned client department/business unit, and will provide status, control and progress reporting support services on technology-based programs and projects. Specific responsibilities for this position include:<br>• Identify existing problems within a business that may be negatively impacting profitability or harming the company’s brand image with regard to third party risk management.<br>• Analyze existing business structures, practices, positions, and data to understand the client, industry and nature of business.<br>• Conduct risk assessment activities and support applicable business line leaders in management of regulatory concerns.<br>• Evaluate management staff members within a company, working closely with them to monitor their behavior and daily tasks in order to find behaviors that can be changed to increase company profitability.<br>• Coordinate quality assurance, quality control and effective oversight processes, security industry and issues that affect the applicable business lines.<br>• Interview and observe employees within a company to locate problem areas and find ways to improve staff functions.<br>• Analyze company financial data to find excess spending and locate budget improvements that can increase company revenue.<br>• Create and give presentations showcasing areas of improvement for business.<br>• Organize employee and management workshops to increase staff productivity.<br>• Provide guidance and support to businesses on regulatory policies and procedures; ensure internal compliance with regulatory requirements; and prepare submissions and filings with regulatory bodies.</p><p>JOB REQUIREMENTS:<br>• Masters level degree in a business-related subject<br>• Communication and analytics skills<br>• Result oriented and collaborative<br>• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in risk management and third-party risk management.<br>• Lean Certification<br>• Prior experience working in a bank<br>• High level of oral and writing skills in English<br>• Spanish considered an asset</p><br><br><p></p>
