</p><p>Vespa-Packaging Engineers Ltd. has immediate opening for experienced Machining and Tooling Inspector (NOC: 7231) at our location in Brampton, Ontario.</p><p>As a Machining and Tooling Inspector (NOC: 7231), you will perform some or all of the following duties:</p><p>• Ability to verify dimensions of machined parts or tooling using micrometers, verniers, callipers, height gauges, optical comparators<br>• Exceptional in measuring, examining and testing of completed machines in order to detect defects and ensure conformance to specifications using instruments<br>• Selecting the appropriate tools, machines, and materials to be used in preparation of machinery work.<br>• Maintain, repair and calibrate precision measuring instruments such as dial indicators, fixed gauges, height gauges and other measuring devices<br>• Report deviations from specifications and tolerances to supervisor<br>• Complete and maintain inspection reports.<br>• Efficient in aligning large parts and secure onto holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials onto machines.<br>• Attentive monitoring the feed and speed of machines during the machining process.<br>Qualifications:<br>• Completion of secondary school is required.<br>• Completion of a four-year apprenticeship program or minimum 4 years of experience as a machinist, tool and die maker or machining tool operator is required.</p><p>Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time (40 hours/week)<br>Compensation: $ 24.50 / hour<br>Business Location: 10 Automatic Road, Brampton, L6S 5N3</p>
