Currently we are hiring for Long Haul Truck Drivers to join our team.</p><p>Company Name : R Uppal Trucking Ltd.</p><p>Job Title : Long Haul Truck Drivers (NOC 7511)</p><p>Term of Employment : Full Time &amp; Permanent</p><p>Vacancies : 6 positions are available</p><p>Anticipation Date : As soon as possible</p><p>Wage : $24.00 per hour (50 hours per week)</p><p>Office Location : 12180 Vickers Way, Richmond, BC V6V 1H9</p><p>Yard Address : 1020 Malkin Ave, Vancouver, BC, V6A 3S9</p><p>Job requirements:</p><p>Languages:</p><p>English</p><p>Education:</p><p>Secondary (high) school graduation certificate</p><p>Experience:</p><p>Will Train</p><p>Security and Safety:</p><p>Driver's validity license check</p><p>Personal Suitability:</p><p>Flexibility, Reliability, Judgement</p><p>Specific Skills:</p><p>Load and unload goods, Perform preventive maintenance, Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials, Perform brake adjustments, Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption, Obtain special permits and other documents required to transport cargo on international routes, Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle, Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment, Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations, Receive and relay information to central dispatch, Drive as part of a two-person team or convoy, Tarping and ensuring safety and security of cargo</p><p>Credentials (certificates, licenses, memberships, courses, etc.):</p><p>Driver's License (Class 1 or A)</p><p>Note:</p><p>We will also give $200 as referral bonus to the existing employees (after working for minimum of 90 days) who will refer us new ones.<br>We will provide the relocation cost of $500 to the candidates who are moving out from other Provinces to Lower mainland, BC.<br><br></p><p><br></p><br><p></p>
