</p><p>Title: Landscaping Supervisor<br>Reports to: Duty Manager</p><p>Employer: SLICC Professional Services Ltd.<br>Address: 2563 East 1st Avenue, Vancouver, BC, Canada, V5M 1A4</p><p>1 Vacancy</p><p>Full Time Position – Permanent Position<br>Availability: As soon as possible<br>Employment conditions: Early, Morning and Day<br><br>Education: Secondary/High school completed or equivalent</p><p>Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years</p><p>Own Transportation</p><p>Personal Suitability<br>Initiative, Team Player</p><p>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<br>Duties may include but are not limited to the following items:<br>• Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers who maintain lawns, gardens, school athletic fields, and school landscaped areas<br>• Tender bids on contracts for landscaping and grounds maintenance work<br>• Plan and estimate the materials and labour requirements for individual contracts<br>• Organize the planting and maintenance of trees, gardens, lawns, shrubs and hedges and the construction and installation of fences, decks, patios, walkways and retaining wall for the schools<br>• Resolve work-related problems<br>• Requisition supplies and material<br>• Train workers in job duties and company policies<br>• May provide snow removal services during winter months<br>• May perform the same duties as workers supervised.<br>• Maintain the outside ground<br>• Make sure the sidewalk and parking lots are salted during the winter<br>• Cutting branches, cleaning leaves</p><p>Language: English<br>Wage: $27 hourly</p><p>Work conditions and physical capabilities:<br>Bending, crouching, kneeling, physically demanding, combination of sitting, standing, walking</p><p>Area of Specialization<br>Lawn care, grounds maintenance</p><p>Work Location Information<br>Various locations</p>
