We are patient investors who practice the art of the long view, and are committed to achieving the best long-term outcomes for our businesses and the communities we live in.</p><p>ABOUT VACANCY<br>At this time, we are looking to hire a highly experienced individual for a position of International Investment Consultant.</p><p>MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<br>- Conduct research and analysis of market trends which can be applied towards recommendations on investments<br>- Evaluate new investment opportunities and strategies, prepare investment analyses and proposals for senior management<br>- Collaborate with potential investors in understanding their needs, provide investment advice and formulate investment strategies for investors, helping them to reach their financial goals<br>- Prepare financing packages for investors<br>- Prepare cash flow and financial analysis of value-creation opportunities<br>- Maintain research and transaction database</p><p>QUALIFICATIONS<br>- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field of study<br>- At least 3 years of related experience working for investment banking, equity research or investment management<br>- Portfolio of potential international investors interested in Canadian impact investments with focus on healthcare sector<br>- Strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills<br>- Fluent English</p><p>WORK CONDITIONS<br>- Permanent, full-time position<br>- $34.00 per hour<br>- 35 hours of work per week<br>- Overtime pay ($51.00/ hour) applies after 44 hours of work per week<br>- Work location: 4257 Sherwoodtowne Boulevard, #100, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada L4Z 1Y5</p>
