</p><p><br>ABOUT US<br>SKS Associate Investments Inc. is an Etobicoke-based company providing financial investment and management services to investors who wish to invest in real estate projects with our sister company Hush Inc. and other real estate projects. We monitor and review the financial status of the projects to ensure that they return a profit for the investors.</p><p>ABOUT VACANCY<br>At this time, we are looking to hire an educated and qualified individual for a position of International Investment Accountant who will take on a variety of accounting activities.</p><p>MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<br>- Maintain accounting and financial records;<br>- Establish and implement international investment accounting programs;<br>- Prepare financial information for foreign investors, establish investment guidelines and assist investors in determining point of investment and financial threshold;<br>- Examine and analyze financial accounts and records and provide financial and tax advice;<br>- Prepare financial statements and determine costs related to investment projects;<br>- Record investments, calculate the interest owed and accrued, prepare the necessary financial documents for the investors;<br>- Reconcile financial discrepancies or irregularities by collecting and analyzing account information in records, statements and documented transactions;<br>- Monitor and review accounting procedures and recommend changes as appropriate.</p><p>QUALIFICATIONS<br>- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce or a related field of study<br>- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) would be an asset<br>- At least 4 years of related work experience<br>- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook<br>- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills<br>- Excellent organizational skills</p><p>WORK CONDITIONS<br>- Permanent, full-time position<br>- $35.00 per hour<br>- 35 hours of work per week<br>- Overtime pay ($52.50/ hour) applies after 44 hours of work per week<br>- Work location: 75 International Blvd., Suite 101, Etobicoke, ON M9W 6L9</p>
