</p><p>Avis Insulation Ltd. is currently looking for 2 Full-time, permanent Insulators to join their team asap.</p><p>Job Duties:<br>• Read and interpret drawings and specifications to determine insulation requirements.<br>• Determine the amounts and types of insulation needed, and methods of installation, based on factors such as location, surface shape, and equipment use.<br>• Measure and cut insulation to fit into walls and around pipes.<br>• Apply sealants or other protective coating<br>• Apply and secure insulation using spraying, blowing, pasting, strapping, taping and other application and installation methods.<br>• Fit insulation around obstructions, and shape insulating materials and protective coverings as required.<br>• Install vapor barriers or plastic barriers to protect insulation from moisture<br>• Apply waterproofing cement over insulating materials to finish surfaces.<br>• Use compressors to spray insulation into some spaces.<br>• Apply adhesives to construction materials.</p><p>Job Requirement:<br>• Completion of Secondary school<br>• 3-4 years of experience in the related field.<br>• Willing to travel to various sites in Lower Mainland, BC.</p><p>Wage: $29.00 per hour for 40 hours per week</p><p>Job Location: 11753 95A Ave, Delta, BC V4C 7A9 &amp; Various locations in Lower Mainland, BC.<br>Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:<br>Repetitive tasks, physically demanding, Bending, crouching, kneeling, Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure.</p><p>Benefits:<br>• Extended health benefits will be provided after 6 months of joining the company.<br>• Flex day plan- can get a three day off alternative week (After completion of 2 years with the company)</p><p>Language: English</p>
