We provide the most reliable, trusted basement waterproofing for homeowners in Toronto and surrounding areas.<br>THE POSITION:<br>We are currently looking for an experienced Insulation / Siding Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience and understanding of different insulation and siding techniques.<br>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<br>• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of construction workers engaged insulating and siding,<br>• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and service quality.<br>• Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other subcontractors.<br>• Requisition materials and supplies.<br>• Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies<br>• Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions.<br>• Prepare work progress reports.<br>• Perform insulation and siding works.<br>REQUIREMENTS:<br>• More than 6 months of experience in siding and insulation.<br>• Education: minimum of Secondary School diploma.<br>• Experience in reading drawings, interpreting blueprints, plans, and specifications.<br>• Proficient with hand and power tools.<br>• Proficient in English.<br>• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.<br>CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:<br>• $31.00 per hour for a 30-hour work week (overtime pay will apply after 44 hours of work per week, if applicable)<br>• Occasional overtime may be required for meeting critical deadlines. Overtime pay will apply after 44 hours of work per week and will be remunerated at one and a half time the regular pay rate.<br>• You will report to management at the company office, located at 755 Hillman Crescent, Mississauga, ON, L4Y 2J3, however you will travel to specific job sites in the GTA by company vehicle to perform the work during the day.
