</p><p>Vacancy Required: 6<br>NOC: 9462<br>Salary: $14.50 per hour<br>Hours Per Week: 40 to 50 hours per week<br>English Required<br>Employer: Boudreau Meat<br>Start Date: As Soon As Possible<br>Location: Memramcook, NB<br>Job Type: Full Time, Permanent</p><p>JOB DESCRIPTION</p><p>Specific Skills<br>Slaughter cattle, calves, and sheep as prescribed by religious laws; Slaughter livestock and remove viscera and other inedible parts from carcasses; Remove bones from meat; Remove feathers and singe and wash poultry to prepare for further processing or packaging; Cut beef, lamb, pork or veal carcasses or sides or quarters of carcasses into primal cuts for further cutting, processing or packaging; Cut meat and poultry into specific cuts for institutional, commercial or other wholesale use</p><p>Equipment and Machinery Experience<br>Stunning devices; Saws; Power cutting tools; Knives; Cleavers</p><p>Weight Handling<br>Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)</p><p>Work Setting<br>Slaughter houses; Meat processing and/or packing plant/establishment; Poultry processing plant</p><p>Work Site Environment<br>Noisy; Cold/refrigerated</p><p>Transportation/Travel Information<br>Public transportation is not available</p><p>Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities<br>Attention to detail; Hand-eye co-ordination; Standing for extended periods</p><p>Personal Suitability<br>Accurate; Team player</p><p>EDUCATION</p><p>Languages<br>English or French</p><p>Education<br>No degree, certificate or diploma</p><p>Experience<br>2 years to less than 3 years</p>
