</p><p>Position: Hot Food Cook</p><p>Employer: Ginza Restaurant</p><p>Work Location: 2-2850 Oxford Street, Port Coquitlam, BC V3B 5L7 Canada</p><p>Business Address: Same as above</p><p>Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time, Part-time Available</p><p>Wage: $15.00 ~ $22.00 / hour</p><p>Working Hours: 40 hours per week</p><p>Benefit: 10 days paid vacation, Free meal at work and Tip</p><p></p><p>Vacant: 4</p><p>Job Description<br>Job Duties:</p><p>Prepare and make various types of Udon, Donburi, Karage, Tempura and Yakisoba.</p><p>Prepare and make sauces for dishes on the menu.</p><p>Train and supervise kitchen staffs including kitchen helpers.</p><p>Check food stocks and order to maintain food supplies.</p><p>Clean and inspect kitchen area.</p><p></p><p>Requirement:</p><p>Education: Completion of High school</p><p>Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in this field OR Completion of apprenticeship program for cooks</p>
