<p></p><p>Company Name: Ishoni Development Group Inc.<br>Permanent Position: Home Renovator (NOC 0712)</p><p>Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time (Overtime, weekend if required)</p><p>Wage Rate: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour (37.50 hours per week)</p><p>Benefits: Relocation Expenses &amp; Medical Insurance for first 3 months covered by employer, if required.</p><p>Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible</p><p>Vacancies: 2</p><p>Main Office: #205, 6628 – Fraser Street, Vancouver, BC, V5X 3T5, Canada</p><p>Education: High School required, college diploma an asset.</p><p>Experience: 2-3 years of experience in similar industry.</p><p>Language: Basic English.</p><p>Job Duties:</p><p>• Work with customers, architects and engineers regarding plans and specifications<br>• Select and employ trade subcontractors and co-ordinate their activities<br>• Prepare estimates and bids for home construction, renovation and restoration projects<br>• Prepare and maintain directory of supplies and trade contractors<br>• Plan and prepare work schedules<br>• Perform trade work during home construction, renovation or restoration<br>• Inspect subcontractors work to ensure quality and conformity with plans and specifications<br>• Ensure that construction permits are obtained<br>• Develop and implement health and safety plans<br>• Develop and implement marketing and advertising and sales strategies<br>• Human resource planning and development<br>• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations</p><p>Additional Skills: Work at heights, must be able to lift 25 lbs.</p><br><p></p>
