</p><p>Heavy Equipment operator supervisor / NOC 7302</p><p>Nordic Shore Construction Inc. is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator Supervisor who is willing to be a team member and conduct all duties related to this position.</p><p>Job title: Heavy Equipment operator supervisor<br>Job Type: Permanent full-time<br>Salary: CAD 31.00 / hourly<br>Location: Varies in Lower Mainland<br>Number of vacancies: 1<br>Shift: 35 Hours/weekly<br>If you meet the below-listed requirements, please forward your resume and cover letter via email to: info.nordicconstruction@gmail.com<br>Main Duties:<br>• Supervise and schedule the activities of workers,<br>• Hire, promote, train workers and also arrange for training of them,<br>• Establish methods to meet work schedules,<br>• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed,<br>• Co-ordinate and schedule activities,<br>• Co-ordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers,<br>• Requisition materials and supplies,<br>• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity,<br>• Keep detailed and accurate reports and documentation,<br>• Adhere to workplace safety policies, regulations and compliances,<br>• Ability to instruct apprentices and crew co-workers,</p><p>Qualifications &amp; Skills:</p><p>• 3-5 years of related work experience will be required,<br>• Completion of secondary school is required.</p>
