</p><p>Job Posting — Head of Business Development<br>Hiring Company: Sedin Technologies Corp.<br>Position: Head of Business Development (NOC 0125)<br>Start Date: ASAP<br>Job Type: Full Time; Permanent<br>Job Description and Qualifications:<br>Sedin Technologies Corp. is seeking a full-time permanent Head of Business Development. Main duties of the job will include:<br>• Developing and executing sales strategies to acquire new clients.<br>• Leading the Business Development department and team by planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating their activities.<br>• Understanding client requirements and co-ordinating with technical team to develop plans in response to company and client needs.<br>• Actively using CRM to update prospects and events.<br>• Regular monitoring of email campaigns for improvising contents and plan.<br>• Motivating and training the team, including advising, training, and supervising staff and assisting with administrative or technical issues.<br>• Responsible for end-to-end sales cycle.<br>• Formulating promotional campaigns, including overseeing budgets for business development projects and activities.<br>• Developing and organizing company procedures and policies relating to business development.<br>• Responsible for new business development, negotiations, contracts and closures.<br>• Liaising between multiple business heads, team &amp; clients.<br>• Representing the company with external organizations in a business development capacity.</p><p>Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in a similar, management level, business development leadership position is required.</p><p>Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher.</p><p>Location of Work: Principal place of work is Planet Hatch at 50 Crowther Lane, Suite 140 Fredericton, NB E3C 0J1 but this is subject to change.</p><p>Wage: $80,000/year</p><p>Benefits: Health, Life, Dental, Disability, and Vision insurance for employee and dependents through a group medical plan.</p><p>Language: English</p><p>Business Address:<br>570 Queen Street, Suite 600<br>Fredericton, NB<br>E3B 6Z6</p>
