</p><p>Mahek Beauty Salon<br>Job location: 2656 Islington Ave, Etobicoke, ON M9V 2X5,ON<br>Salary: $34.00 per hour</p><p>Job duties include:<br>• Manage the activities of workers at the salon<br>• Device rules, policies and techniques for staff for growth of the business<br>• Analyze budgets and prepare sales report<br>• Establish and regulate the day to day operations of the salon<br>• Resolve customer complaints when needed<br>• Plan and implement marketing/advertising techniques<br>• Maintain all beauty, spa and hair products inventory on a weekly basis<br>• Responsible for recruiting, training and preparing schedules for employees<br>• Organize contracts with clients and associates<br><br>Experience:<br>Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience is required</p><p>Education:<br>Completion of secondary education required.
