</p><p>Employer : Fades n Blades Beauty Studio<br>Location : Unit 105,17767 64 Ave Surrey BC Canada V3X 1Z2<br>Job Title : Hairdressing Salon Manager<br>Noc Code : 0651.<br>Positions Available : 1<br>Term : Permanent, Full Time.<br>Salary : $27.00/hr.<br>Start Date : As Soon As Possible.<br>Education : Secondary School.<br>Language : English.<br>Experience : 1-2 years</p><p>Essential Skills: Excellent oral communication, reliability, flexibility, effective interpersonal skills, attention to detail, client focus</p><p>Duties:<br>• To lead the salon staff team in providing excellent services and maximising salon profits.<br>• To ensure that salon is adequately staffed and able to serve their clients.<br>• To ensure that stylists have the supplies they need by placing orders with vendors for shampoos, hair products, tools and Hair dryers.<br>• Mange inventory sales products by maintaining records of stock quantities on hand and ordering replacement items.<br>• To help build and maintain a robust client base, develop and distribute promotional materials and conduct marketing activities.<br>• Maintain their salon’s financial stability by developing budgets and reviewing cash flow information.<br>• Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to staff disputes.</p>
