</p><p><br>EUGENE KH OH PERSONAL REAL ESTATE CORPORATION is looking for a Full-time, Permanent Graphic Designer</p><p>Position: Graphic Designer (NOC 5241)<br>Available Position: 1<br>Wage: $28.00 per hour<br>Work Hours: 30 hours per week (Full-time, Permanent)</p><p>Job Duties:<br>- Establish the overall graphic elements and contents of poster, newsletters and magazine<br>- Create concepts, layouts, and final art for social media marketing<br>- Edit, modify and update current online marketing materials<br>- Determine the cost of materials and time to complete graphic design<br>- Decide what message should the design convey<br>- Review designs for errors before printing or publishing<br>- Add visual effects and motion graphics to video content</p><p>Requirements:<br>-Minimum College diploma in animation, film, graphic design or related field.<br>-1-2 years of experience in graphic design<br>-Up-to-date knowledge of industry-leading design and prototyping software and technologies (must have: Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)<br>-The ability to work quickly, efficiently and meet tight deadlines.<br>-Nice to have: MS Office / Creative writing / Experience designing mobile-first websites with consideration of how they would extend up to desktop view is a Bonus, but not mandatory!<br>- Korean speaking is a strong asset</p><p>Work Location: Unit 12 - 103 4501 North Rd. Burnaby, BC Canada V3N 4R7</p><p>Benefit: 10 days paid vacation per year OR 4% of gross salary</p>
