Align business and sales/marketing strategies, and using promotional campaigns making business successful. Lead the organization in business sales growth based on feedback from middle managers and following contractual and commercial terms. Establish and manage offshore operations. Apply negotiation skills with corporate clients and commercial teams. Create the strategies to implement tasks to achieve goals. Develop the business following all legal procedures and design growth framework to be implemented by the organization. Conduct strategic planning and business analysis to control business operating risks. Allocate resources to implement business programs and control operating risks. Establish and maintain relationships with three levels of Government. Represent the organization in meetings with clients, service providers and provincial authorities.</p><p>Job requirements / skill sets:<br>Successful candidate must have completion of university degree and relevant experience of 5 years to less than 7 years; self-motivated and work well in a team environment.</p>
