We will be looking forward for your resumes.<br>Salary: $29.00/ per hour<br>No of Vacancies: 5<br>Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time37.50 hours / week<br>Start date: As soon as possible<br>Languages: English<br>Education: Secondary (high) school is required.<br>Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience.<br>NOC Group: Carpenters (7271)<br>NOC Job Title: Framer</p><p>Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities<br>Bending, crouching, kneeling, Tight deadlines, physically demanding, Combination of sitting, standing, walking<br>Work Location Information<br>Various locations<br>Work Site Environment<br>Outdoors, indoors, at heights, noisy, dusty, wet &amp; cold<br>Major Work Area<br>Construction, Maintenance and repair</p><p>Specific Skills<br>• Cut wood and similar material and trim to size, using cutting tools.<br>• Install horizontal and vertical studs, plywood, post to form frame structure of single family and multifamily homes and townhomes.<br>• Read blueprints or other specifications to determine methods of installation, work procedures, or material or tool requirements<br>• Measure and mark surfaces to lay out work, according to blueprints or drawings, using tape measures, straightedges or squares, and marking devices<br>• Cut screw and nail the wood structure to make interior and exterior walls, floor or ceiling frames, according to plans<br>• Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools</p>
