</p><p><br>Company operating name: Technoway installation Ltd.<br>Business address: 2567 Victoria St. suite 204 Abbotsford, British Columbia, V2T 2T4<br>Rate of pay: $30.00/hour<br>Overtime: 1.5 times normal rate as per provincial regulations.<br>Benefits Package: 4% vacation pay will be paid each payday on a bi-weekly basis<br>Medical: BC Medical Services Plan payable by employee<br>Job Type: Full time / Permanent<br>Hours: 40hrs/week<br>Language: English<br>Start Date of Employment (Approx.): As soon as possible<br>Minimum Education: Completion of secondary school is required.<br>Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the similar position is required.<br>Number of positions available: 2<br>NOC Group: Electronic Service Technicians (household and business equipment) (NOC: 2242)<br>Job Title: Field Service Technician - household and business equipment<br>Job Location: Varies from Contract to Contract<br>Job Duties:</p><p>• Perform all on site activities related to installation, repair, management, and maintenance.<br>• Identify all issues through proper analysis, evaluation and diagnoses and then perform troubleshooting to produce timely and detailed service reports.<br>• Adjust, align, replace, or repair electronic equipment, assemblies and components following equipment manuals and schematics, and using soldering tools and other hand and power tools<br>• Perform routine preventative maintenance.<br>• Complete work orders, test, and maintenance reports<br>• Follow all the company’s procedures and respond quickly to customer problems.<br>• Advise customers on the equipment and best practices to keep their equipment functioning well.<br>• Maintain customer satisfaction by using creativity and ingenuity to investigate complaints, identify resolutions, suggest enhanced operating techniques, and recommend system improvements.<br>• Do the configuration, fixing, data routing of the switching mechanisms.<br>• Should perform the cabling, wire folding and pulling the required cable with basic routing skills<br>• Track and document the progression of work and Create reports of the customers they serviced that day.</p>
