Accommodation allowance and automobile allowance.<br>Salary: $118,000.00 - $125,000.00 –<br>Contact: sandy.morgan@cleevetech.com</p><p>Duties:</p><p>• Establish objectives for the company and formulate or approve policies and programs<br>• Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions<br>• Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement company policies and programs; establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall personnel planning<br>• Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff<br>• Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments<br>• Represent the company, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the company, in negotiations or other official functions.<br>• Oversee the manufacturing department and provide direction related to overall requirements and managing costs and timelines<br>• Directing production and manufacturing staff for optimizing design<br>• Provide direction to the team developing conceptual designs and participate in review and approval process.<br>• Train of managers so that they can then provide clear instructions to operators on how to use the jigs and fixtures<br>• Oversee quality control and quality assurance teams for validating conformance and compliance and configuration control</p><p>Requirements:</p><p>• Relevant experience in the defense, military, aerospace and electrical industry including 2 years of Managerial experience.<br>• Experience with budget and business plan development.<br>• Proven ability to develop innovative solutions for increased productivity.<br>• Superior negotiation skills in both internal and external settings.<br>• Organizational, communication, and leadership skills, demonstrated by previous success.<br>• Strong working knowledge and first-hand experience as related to the tooling and equipment used in the manufacture of electronic and electrical assemblies.<br>• Experience working with teams to design and build workstations and production line for specific project and assembly requirements.<br>• Experience ensuring all legal requirements as related to health and safety and product liability are followed and maintained.<br>• Experience identifying root cause of any rejections or deficiencies of assemblies.<br>• Experience developing and implementing correct action measures as required.</p><br><p></p>
